Key Outcomes
Worked with key stakeholders across a devolved and highly siloed university to streamline, standardise and digitally transform their HDR services. This included (but wasn’t limited to):
Facilitation of Lean Rapid Improvement Events for HDR Admissions and HDR Thesis Exams and Submissions to co-design an optimal and agreed future state.
Streamlining and simplifying policies and digital transformation of key processes, including workflow implementation, integrations, reporting (tracking and management), document generation, and records retention on corresponding student files.
