The Challenge
DDP was the selected partner in 2021 to provide partnership support for a major Online Digital Forms Transformation Program. The agency had over 330 paper-based PDF forms that required like-for-like digital transformation onto a single platform.
This challenge was complex due to:
Single-state forms with minimal inbuilt business logic.
Integrations to the Agency’s ESBs, EDRMS and CRMs.

Analysis and Design:
Comprehensive review and analysis of current state form offerings and underlying business process, requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder engagement and workshops to elicit requirements.
Design/consolidation of 200+ registration forms into a common solution design.
Drafting of detailed design documentation, specifications and testing plans.
Digital Transformation :
Assessment of the technology stack, with strategic advisory support regarding the alignment of solution/architecture/methodologies to best practice and move to SaaS.
Coding/development of eForm solutions.
